Joel is so incredibly amazing, I will be trusting him for all my future purchases until he decides to retire. He is kind, patient, excited, and so easy going, he takes away the stress of buying a car by just being who he is. Received exceptional service from Steve Fairbanks. I scheduled an appointment with him to see 3 vehicles. He had them lined up and ready for test drives when I arrived. He was exceedingly knowledgeable on all of the cars, taking time to highlight the differences between models and special options. Very nice, no pressure experience! Recommend to all.

Joel Shooks was top notch when it came to showing me the Forester I was interested in and explaining all the gadgets that came with the vehicle. The sell/buy process was handled very professionally. Dani is very helpful and has a really nice disposition. She makes a person feel comfortable when you come in for service. Partly because of her I've decided to get my oil changes at the dealership.
I was very happy that we brought our Subaru to Nate- not only did he get the problem solved but also looked the car up and found a recall that we had missed and had that fixed also. We were from out of town and he helped us salvage our vacation. I will remember and let others know that they can count of the dealership for all their needs if they live in the area.
